| Who Is Innes Strategy? |
The founder of Innes Strategy, Greg Innes (pronounced 'in'-'ess'), established the consultancy in 1988, after having a high profile in Local Government, he went on to play an active part of the New Zealand Public Sector Reform.
It has been evident during and since the public sector reform period that organizational culture was one of the key drivers to achieving a more effective and sustainable organization. David Osborne (Price of Government, 2004) refers to New Zealand's public sector transformation as "the most radical transformation of a modern democratic government ever undertaken".

Innes Strategy is a specialist independent consultancy with consulting and Information Technology capabilities that specializes in providing Organizational Culture services. Waikato Regional Council recognized as a leading local government agency from the Public Sector reforms that Innes Strategy cultural technology was instrumental in reorganizing the structure at regional level.

Innes Strategy has been providing consultancy services for City and County organizations in the United States for over the last 9 years. During this time Innes Strategy has given keynote addresses at a number of City and County management association conferences on Cultural Management as a method of enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Innes Strategy uses leading edge proprietary 3D software developed in partnership with Technology New Zealand (NZ Government Research Funding Agency).

Currently, Innes Strategy is a Corporate partner with Alliance For Innovation. The objective of the partnership is to introduce the culture technology to Local Government in the United States and Canada. The Alliance For Innovation formed in June 2007 comprising the Innovation Groups, International City / Counties Managers Association (ICMA) and. Arizona State University.
Innes Strategy is based in Auckland, New Zealand, plus has a presence in Brisbane, Australia as well the Innovation Groups presence in the United States. In addition to Innes Strategy core capabilites, furthers alliances have been established with other consultancies within the United States, to provide a range of consultancy services that dovetail into and utilize the cultural technology.
