The Governance Culture™ program is newly developed for addressing the complexity of governance, advisory structures and City/County organizations within American Local Government.
The program comprises the shaping of culture within the Governing Body and its' relationships with advisory boards and the City/County organization, through understanding the Innes Strategy Culture Grid™. The Culture Grid™ has been tailored for governance culture to enable enhanced Governance effectiveness, whilst increasing citizen, volunteer and employee satisfaction.
The program undertakes an attitudinal and cultural survey of the governing body and advisory boards. The Governance Culture™ program is tailored to successfully run on its own or in parallel with Manage Your Culture programs in the City/County organization.
