| |
| What is the Culture Network™? |
|
The Culture Network™ establishes an association of user organizations of Innes Strategy Culture Grid™ technology. One of the strengths of the Culture Network™ and the associated Culture Grid™ technology, is that it establishes a language and organizational framework for organizations to communicate on their unique cultural change initiatives.
New cultural products are constantly being developed that benefit the users of the cultural technology. Members of the Culture Network™ have an input into new product development to enable a tailor of specific local government needs.
There is a meeting of Culture Network™ members on June 3 at the Alliance for Innovation Transforming Local Government conference in Greenville, South Caroline.
|
| |
| Members and Alliances |
|
The current Culture Network™ members are drawn from Cities and Counties through out the United States – including Florida, Colorado, Oregon and Texas.
Innes Strategy has alliances with US consulting firms that are able to provide services that complement and dovetail into the Innes Strategy Culture Grid™ technology.

| Future Plans |
The agenda at pre-conference Culture Network™ meeting is to allow our members to discuss, share and celebrate the innovative initiatives that they are undertaking in these current times of change. Initatives and levels of proactivity that are only achievable through significant shifts in a Local Government's organizational culture.
