On the day prior to the "Taking the Lead" session, there will be an invite only meeting for members of the Culture Network™ from 2.00pm - 5.00pm.
The network comprises organizations involved with Culture Technology provided by Innes Strategy in partnership with the Alliance for Innovation.
The invite only session presents an opportunity for these organizations to discuss, share and celebrate the innovative initiatives that they are undertaking in these current times of change. Further, the event is a means through which members can network nationally to exchange experience and specialized knowledge to support to each other on initiatives during the year.
The Culture Network™ participants represent a cross-section of employees involved with championing sustainable change within their respective organizations.
Other organizations that have shown interest in undertaking an Innes Strategy Cultural Change program to enable them to lead in times of change are also invited to this session.
After this session there will be a Culture Network dinner in Downtown Greenville.
