The "Taking the Lead" session, 8.30am - 9.45am Wednesday 4 June, will outline new approaches for Local Government to lead and influence in times of change in order to ‘create sustainable futures’.
We will examine new practices and explore organizational culture, staff satisfaction and a sustainable approach to introducing organizational change through an organizational development framework that will enable local government to lead and influence in times of change and often with revenue cuts
Greg Innes, the Founder and President of New Zealand-based Innes Strategy, a Corporate Partner of the Alliance for Innovation, will facilitate the session while managers of cities and counties that are taking the lead with these approaches will outline their organization’s benefits and outcomes:

On the day prior to the "Taking the Lead" session, there will be an invite only meeting for members of the Culture Network™ from 2.00pm - 5.00pm (Tuesday).
The invite only session presents an opportunity for organizations involved with Culture Technology provided by Innes Strategy in partnership with the Alliance for Innovation to discuss, share and celebrate the innovative initiatives that they are undertaking in these current times of change. Further, the event is a means through which members can network nationally to exchange experience and specialized knowledge to support to each other on initiatives during the year.
Other organizations interested in undertaking an Innes Strategy Cultural Change program to enable them to lead in times of change are also invited to this session.
